What is the Saskatchewan PNP (SINP)?

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is a provincial immigration program that allows Saskatchewan to nominate skilled workers, international students, and entrepreneurs for Canadian Permanent Residence.

⚠️ 2026 Fee Update

Effective April 1, 2026, the SINP application fee increased to CAD 500 for all worker applicants. A second review fee of CAD 250 also applies.

⏰ Applications submitted before April 1, 2026 were not subject to the new fees.

How SINP Works — 2 Step Process

SINP holds regular draws. Highest-scoring candidates are selected. SK connection breaks ties.

Receive ITA

Receive Invitation to Apply (ITA) by email. Must respond within deadline.

Submit Full Application

Submit complete application with all supporting documents and pay CAD 500 fee.

Background Check

SINP reviews and verifies all documents. Background check completed.

Nomination + Apply PR

Receive provincial nomination certificate → Apply to IRCC for Canada PR!
