What is the Saskatchewan PNP (SINP)?

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is a provincial immigration program that allows Saskatchewan to nominate skilled workers, international students, and entrepreneurs for Canadian Permanent Residence.

🌾 Why Saskatchewan?

  • Lower cost of living vs Toronto/Vancouver
  • Growing economy — tech, agriculture, healthcare
  • Friendly, welcoming multicultural community
  • Beautiful landscapes and excellent quality of life
  • Faster PR processing than federal programs
  • No mandatory job offer for most streams

⚠️ 2026 Fee Update

Effective April 1, 2026, the SINP application fee increased to CAD 500 for all worker applicants. A second review fee of CAD 250 also applies.

⏰ Applications submitted before April 1, 2026 were not subject to the new fees.
