🔗 Manitoba Connection (Mandatory for SWO): You must have a connection to Manitoba through one of the following — Close family relative in Manitoba | Friend or distant relative in Manitoba | Previous work or study experience in Manitoba | Direct invitation from MPNP (Strategic Recruitment Initiative). Without a connection, you cannot apply for SWO.

MPNP Points Assessment System

Maximum 1,000 EOI points. Minimum 60 MPNP self-assessment points required — AND mandatory Manitoba Connection.

⚠️ Critical Rule: You must score minimum 60 points AND have at least some points under Factor 5: Adaptability (Manitoba Connection). If you score 60+ points but have ZERO Manitoba connection points, you are NOT eligible to apply.
