- 1 year relevant work experience in last 5 years
- Education/training to perform job duties
- Language: CLB 5 (TEER 0–2) | CLB 4 (TEER 3–5)
- Age 21–55 years
- Genuine intention to live in NS permanently

- Business operating in Nova Scotia
- Demonstrate efforts to hire locally first
- Job meets prevailing wage rates
- Full-time non-seasonal position
- Employer willing to support application
- Cannot charge employee fees for job offer
2. Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry
NS Work Experience + EE Profile = +600 CRSFor skilled workers who have already worked in Nova Scotia and are in the federal Express Entry pool. Nomination gives +600 CRS points — virtually guaranteeing Canada PR!

3. Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities (LMP) Stream
Passive EE Stream — NS Selects YouNova Scotia selects candidates directly from the federal Express Entry pool based on provincial labour market needs. You cannot apply directly — Nova Scotia sends you a Letter of Interest (LOI). Includes Physicians and French-speaking workers.
